Property Policies
Property Policies, Rules and related information.
a. Quiet environment: No loud noise or music is permitted, especially after 10 PM and before 9 AM to ensure harmony with neighbors.
b. No Smoking: This is a no-smoking or vaping premise to accommodate the needs of all our guests. Renter agrees to inform all other visiting guests this policy and ensure they comply.
c. No Pet Policy: We regret that visitors cannot bring pets. Should renter wish for an exemption to this policy for a certified support animal, please notify property owners in writing, provide support animal certification documentation and if agreed to, a separate support animal rental agreement needs to be signed and a supplement support animal daily rental fee of 25 Euro per day will be paid upfront as spelled out in the separate support animal agreement.
d. Mosquito screens: Guest agrees to follow specific instructions on use of mosquito screens that will be explained upon arrival.
e. Disposing of Garbage: Guest agrees to follow specific instructions on sorting and disposal of garbage that will be explained upon arrival. Guests agree to tie-up trash from cottage in closed plastic bags to be placed in designated larger containers outside.
f. No other visitors or overnight stays permitted: Persons other than those in the Renter/Guest party as set forth above in this agreement in writing may not visit or stay overnight in the property.
g. Property Owner is not responsible or liable for accidents, injuries, illness or any loss of any valuables during stay
Property Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters/guests are expressly assuming the risk of any potential harm or loss arising from their use of the premises and including any harm or loss of any kind to any person in theguest party. Guests agree to hold property owners not liable and agrees to have own valid health, travel and personal property insurances in place.
h. Maintain Property and all Equipment in good order: Guests agree to keep the property clean and to maintain all furnishings in good order and to only use appliances for their intended use. Please report any problems immediately.
i. Transportation is provided, but if you choose to have a car there is a Designated Parking Space: Guests agree to park in the designated parking space. Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s) maximum that must be parked in front of the cottage. Renter/guests agree not to block the driveway or the entrance as it is used by others.
j. Housekeeping: Guests agree there is no housekeeping service provided. If guests wish to have housekeeping service provided, we can provide someone at a cost of 75 Euro per cleaning. A washer, dryer and clothes line are in the cottage for your use.
k. Water and Septic: Water is provided through a filter system and therefore is good quality to drink. Since the property has a septic tank, guest agrees not to use products other than what is provided in laundry room (Products are supplied for laundry, cleaning etc.). Please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet. Feminine Hygiene products cannot be flushed down the toilet and needs to be placed in separate plastic bags and discarded in the garbage.
l. Salt-Water Swimming Pool: The 9 x 4 meter swimming pool is open when the weather turns warm (usually in April or May). Guests are welcome to use the pool and the lounge chairs at any time. The pool is shared with the property owners. The guest agrees not to use any glassware at the pool and to swim at their own risk.
