Bike Ride from St. Quentin-la-Poterie to Uzes

bike ride.JPGZoe-Pascale mastered the bike this past week with a 5km bike ride from St. Quentin-la-Poterie to Uzes on the Ancient Rue du Uzes (the old road to Uzes). Pantoufle ran besides us the entire way until we stopped for a rest and water. She was amazing galloping right besides my bike with her ears flapping in the wind. As we pedaled through the countryside we passed a variety of beautiful vineyards with their newly cropped vines and grass beginning to grow at their feet. It's the miles and miles of vineyards that make such an impression against the blue sky.

Flowering fruit orchards are full of white and pink blossoms that are unbelieveable to see. They are slowly turning green as the days move forward.Zoe-Pascale indulged in a citron glace with chantilly after her hot bikeride in the village of Uzes.On the way home, Pantoufle was a bit fatigue and so she rode in my backpack tied up around in neck tucked into my bicycle basket. She was quite contented and exhausted.
